What You Will Be Doing

Curriculum Developer Key Responsibilities

Your core mission is to harness the power of AI to dramatically accelerate science learning. Success means doubling the speed at which students master scientific concepts across all disciplines—from the building blocks of biology to the fundamental forces of physics—while ensuring deep understanding and retention.

Basic Requirements

• A scientific degree (Bachelor's or higher) in Biology, Physics, Chemistry, or related field—because you can't revolutionize what you don't understand
• A proven track record of 3+ years teaching science or developing science curriculum, with concrete evidence of improving student outcomes
• Coding capabilities in any programming language—the tools to bring your educational innovations to life

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
