Johnson Controls is seeking a Training Manager to identify training needs, develop plans, and deploy effective programs that提升 employee skills, productivity, and quality of work. You will assess program effectiveness, manage budgets, and stay ahead of trends to align initiatives with business goals and employee development needs.

The role emphasizes maintaining strong communication, coordinating with line managers, and delivering comprehensive training across channels.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, marketing.
• Fluent English is required.
• Proven work experience as a Training Manager.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Experience with databases and spreadsheets.
• Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively.
• Strong analytical, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail, math’s and multi-tasking skills.
• Track record in designing and executing successful training programs.
• Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations etc)
• Strong writing and record keeping ability for reports and training manuals.
• Good computer and database skills

Responsabilidades
