Summary: Join Bloom’s dynamic Outsourced Team supporting CSO Americas Sales Operations at Microsoft. We seek a
new team member based in Latin America for remote work. This full-time position runs from April 2025 to June 2025, with potential extension for over a year. The team supports the Americas Retail business, assisting Sales and Marketing Teams in managing investment and incentive funds with partners.

Geographic Location: LATAM region, preferably Colombia, Mexico, Chile, or Brazil
Supported Geographies: US, Canada, LATAM
Language Requirements: Proficiency in English required; Spanish and/or Portuguese also necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program Administration – Operations:
    • Manage multiple Retail programs, offers, and marketing claims, ensuring timely reporting and POE submissions, and processing large data sets against program requirements.
    • Handle high-volume claims using Microsoft CRM Dynamics, PowerBI, and other Microsoft tools.
    • Provide premium support to partners and internal teams.
    • Hold partners and teams accountable for deliverables.
    • Assist partners in understanding program components; serve as a subject matter expert.
  • Analysis & Audit:
    • Ensure claims and payments are accurate and compliant with Microsoft standards.
    • Deliver data and content analysis for business reviews.

Ideal Candidate Skills:

  • Passion for customer service, persistent follow-through, and drive for results.
  • 3-5 years of experience in process management.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage deadlines and complex programs, with problem-solving ability.
  • Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft marketing and incentive tools (e.g., Partner Center, MPT, IPI, MS Sales).
  • Proactive, independent worker with sound judgment.

Additional Desired Skills & Experience:

  • 3-5+ years of relevant work experience; Microsoft experience preferred.
  • Detail-oriented with auditing and financial data experience.
  • Experience in Retail markets like Xbox, Windows, Office, Surface.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Dynamics 365 (CRM).
  • Experience with PowerBI.
