Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant experience in cybersecurity, security operations, systems administration, or related IT security roles.
• Familiarity with the CrowdStrike Falcon platform and core concepts (EDR, threat detection, endpoint security).
• Experience with security technologies such as EDR/XDR, SIEM, identity and access solutions.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured CrowdStrike onboarding and training program and apply knowledge to CrowdStrike Professional Services engagements.
• Support onboarding, deployment, and configuration of CrowdStrike Falcon modules in client environments.
• Assist in monitoring, troubleshooting, and documenting findings, recommendations, and client deliverables.
• Engage in customer meetings and provide professional support during workshops, implementations, and technical discussions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify risks and suggest security improvements.
• Contribute to documenting findings and configuration activities for security projects.
