Charger Logistics Inc. is seeking a Cross Dock Analyst to coordinate daily transportation activities at the client’s automotive plant in Mexico.

You will collaborate with plant personnel, drivers, and internal teams to ensure on-time pickups and deliveries while resolving issues and adhering to client requirements. The role requires a bachelor's degree in Logistics or a related field, 3 years in logistics, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or related field.
• 3 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations (automotive experience is a strong asset).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced plant environment.
• Strong organizational skills and proactive issue resolution.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel; familiarity with TMS or plant-based logistics systems is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the logistics liaison between the client’s plant and internal operations teams.
• Monitor incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure timely pickup and delivery of materials and finished goods.
• Coordinate with drivers, warehouse staff, and dispatch teams to resolve real-time issues.
• Track and update shipment status, manage exceptions and communicate delays or discrepancies.
• Support logistics processes including documentation, load planning, and customer-specific instructions.
• Maintain records and logs of daily activities, non-conformities, and carrier performance.
• Ensure compliance with client protocols, plant safety rules, and transportation regulations.
• Identify process improvements within plant logistics operations and report to leadership.

The Cross Dock Analyst will be responsible for ensuring the seamless coordination of daily transportation and logistics activities from within the client's automotive manufacturing plant. This role requires close collaboration with plant personnel, drivers, and internal logistics teams to ensure on-time pickups and deliveries, issue resolution, and adherence to client requirements.

• Shift{{{{:}}}} 03{{{{:}}}}00 pm to 11{{{{:}}}}00 pm
• Monday to Friday (Saturdays 2 per month based on client's production)

• Maintain accurate records and logs of daily activities, non-conformities, and carrier performance.
• Ensure full compliance with client protocols, plant safety rules, and transportation regulations.
• Identify process improvements within plant logistics operations and communicate them to leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or a related field.
• 3 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations (automotive industry experience is a strong asset).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced plant environment.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to issue resolution.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills; familiarity with TMS or plant-based logistics systems is a plus.
• Availability to work on-site at the client's automotive plant; flexible schedule may be required.
