You'll work with Sales and Marketing to gather business requirements, develop reports, and enhance system functionality. Formación

• 0-3 years of relevant experience for Process Lead 1, CRM focus.
• 3-7 years of experience for Process Lead 2, independent CRM support.
• 7+ years of experience for Process Lead 3, leading complex analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with Sales and Marketing to gather CRM eCommerce requirements.
• Develop, publish, and analyze CRM eCommerce reports and dashboards.
• Support CRM eCommerce integration and user support.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing for enhancements.
