An IT solutions company in Mexico seeks a CRM Developer to design and customize CRM solutions using Dynamics 365. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders, developing custom workflows, and ensuring the quality of CRM solutions. Formación

  • 5+ years of experience in CRM solutions development with Dynamics 365.

The CRM Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and customizing CRM solutions using Dynamics 365. The developer works closely with business stakeholders and end-users to understand their needs and design solutions that meet their requirements. The CRM Developer is responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and scalability of the CRM solutions and providing support and maintenance as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and customize CRM solutions using Dynamics 365
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and end-users to understand their needs and design solutions that meet their requirements
  • Develop custom workflows, plugins, and web resources to extend the functionality of Dynamics 365
  • Integrate Dynamics 365 with other systems and applications as needed
  • Perform data migration and integration activities to ensure data consistency and accuracy
  • Ensure the quality, reliability, and scalability of CRM solutions
  • Provide technical support and maintenance for CRM solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with new Dynamics 365 features and functionalities and recommend improvements to existing solutions
  • Provide training and support to end-users on how to use CRM solutions effectively
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in designing, developing, and customizing CRM solutions using Dynamics 365
  • Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 customization and configuration options
  • Experience developing custom workflows, plugins, and web resources using C# and JavaScript
  • Knowledge of data migration and integration techniques using Dynamics 365 tools such as Data Loader or SSIS
  • Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with other systems and applications using REST APIs or other integration techniques
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication skills to interact with business stakeholders and end-users
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
