We are seeking a detail-oriented and process-driven professional to manage and optimize our lead conversion and Salesforce CRM data processes. This role will be instrumental in ensuring the accuracy, quality and completeness of all lead and contact information enabling the sales and marketing teams to work with reliable data for effective outreach and conversion.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable leveraging technology to maintain a clean, organized and efficient Salesforce CRM database. This role will sit on the Marketing Operations team while assisting the Sales Development team with lead conversion and the Revenue Operations team with data hygiene.

How you’ll add value :
  • Lead Conversion & Data Management : Convert leads to contacts in Salesforce CRM with accuracy and timeliness; ensure all converted leads have complete, accurate and relevant information; conduct research to verify business details such as physical address, number of locations and additional relevant business information before conversion & qualify leads to ensure relevance to the business and categorize any unqualified leads into clear buckets (e.g. incomplete data, out-of-scope industry, duplicate) for appropriate handling and future reference.
  • Data Quality & Enrichment : Regularly review and enrich leads, contacts and accounts to maintain the highest level of data integrity utilizing tools like ZoomInfo, Datassentials and Restaurantology; identify and fill data gaps to ensure the Salesforce CRM database is comprehensive and reliable.
  • Process Improvement & Collaboration : Develop and refine lead conversion workflows for greater efficiency and accuracy; collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align on lead qualification criteria and data standards; provide feedback and recommendations to improve Salesforce CRM utilization and data quality processes.
  • Reporting & Insights : Track lead conversion metrics and provide regular reports to sales leadership; identify trends, gaps and opportunities for process optimization.
What you’ll need to be successful in this role :
  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems such as Salesforce CRM preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Ability to research business information quickly and effectively.
  • Proven ability to prioritize tasks and meet same-day deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in data entry and standard business software applications (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, etc.).
  • Strong organizational, analytical and communication skills.

PREFERRED
  • Experience in sales operations data administration or lead management roles.
  • Familiarity with data enrichment tools and lead generation platforms.
  • Basic understanding of sales pipelines and Salesforce CRM best practices.
