This hybrid role requires hands-on expertise in Mautic to manage campaigns and ensure customer success across various clients. You will also be responsible for technical operations, project management, and running experiments to enhance service delivery.

Formación

CRM, Customer Success & Marketing Automation Associate – Mautic Specialist (Remote - CET ± 4 h)

This hybrid role combines hands-on Mautic expertise with multichannel campaign management and customer success coordination across clients, internal developers, and the CEO.

You will be responsible for technical marketing operations, ensuring campaigns run smoothly, and serving as the primary contact for delivering value through our managed deliverability and profitability-focused ESP offering.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Operations & Analytics: Manage the Mautic stack—installations, upgrades, plugins, security; audit and optimize server cronjobs; troubleshoot configuration issues; query engagement data with SQL on Amazon Athena; monitor deliverability with tools like InboxTracker, Litmus, MXToolBox; integrate Mautic with websites, e-commerce, CDP, BI, and ad platforms via API/Webhooks.
  • Customer Success & Coordination: Act as the main success contact for assigned accounts; facilitate communication between clients, dev teams, and leadership; present weekly performance reports; gather feedback for improvements.
  • Project Prioritization & Growth: Manage JIRA boards with the CEO; prioritize tasks to maximize ROI; run small experiments (e.g., subject-line tests, segmentations); prospect and scope new clients with high email volume.
Skills & Traits We Value
  • 2–4 years CRM/Marketing Automation experience, with at least 1 year as primary Mautic owner
  • Proficiency in SQL (Amazon Athena), Linux CLI, scripting
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to marketers and executives
  • Strong project management skills; attention to detail; iterative mindset
  • Experience with AI tools like ChatGPT/Copilot; bonus for familiarity with Optimove, Klaviyo, Braze, Iterable; French language skills a plus

Success Milestones (30/60/90 days)
  • 30 days: Set up a new sending domain, configure DNS, warm-up, credentials, and documentation
  • 60 days: Manage customer success for one client, demonstrate growth in key metrics, resolve issues proactively
  • 90 days: Autonomously manage multiple clients end-to-end, source and scope new clients
