• Manage the given portfolio to assess credit risk accurately and take preventive or reactive actions.
• Maintain a good relationship between Customer Service and the business, working as a team to resolve issues with customers.
• Provide specific reports and timely follow-up to internal control teams for reconciliation purposes.
• Support audits by providing necessary evidence and information when requested by management.
