IFF invites students in a 12-month internship to join Global Operations in Mexico City. You will support Credit and Collections within Order to Cash, assist with account reviews, and help prepare reports and presentations for the team.

The role requires completing a Bachelor's degree in finance/accounting or related field, working knowledge of Excel, and intermediate English. This onsite internship offers mentorship and monthly scholarship support.

• Support data validation activities to ensure information accuracy.
• Collaborate with regional teams in operational activities.
• Analyze financial and customer information to support decisions.
• Participate in process improvement and standardization initiatives.
• Support communications with internal stakeholders.
• Assist in preparing presentations and reports for the team.

What Makes You the Right Fit?

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, Business Administration, International Business, or related fields.
• Active student status with approximately 5th to 7th semester remaining in the academic program.
• Intermediate English proficiency, both written and verbal.
• Ability to participate in meetings and communications conducted in English.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, functions, filters and Pivot Tables.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Availability to participate in a 12‑month internship program.

• Previous academic projects related to finance, accounting, business analysis or data management.
• Knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems such as SAP.
