Job summary

Qnity Credit Team is looking for a Credit Intern located in Punto Polanco, MX. As a Credit Intern, you will contact internal teams and external customers by email and phone to keep the account portfolio up to date and avoid interruptions in the relationship with our customers.

Your responsibilities include gathering information, maintaining documentation, analyzing financial statements, evaluating collateral, preparing reports, and joining meetings to discuss credit-related issues.

Qualifications

• Advanced written and spoken English, as you will be reaching out to customers in Canada and the United States.
• Customer satisfaction oriented.
• University student in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or International Business.

Responsibilities

• Contact customers by email and phone to gather information and transcribe data.
• Keep credit files and documentation complete and compliant with internal policies.
• Analyze financial statements and tax returns using internal credit model.
• Review documentation and evaluate collateral.
• Prepare reports for the extended credit team.
• Participate in meetings with credit managers and clients to discuss credit issues.
• Contribute to projects and process-improvement initiatives.
• Engage in training and workshops to enhance credit analysis skills.

Qnity Credit Team is looking for a Credit Intern located in Punto Polanco, MX. As a Credit Intern, your activities will include email and telephone contact with internal (Customer Service, Credit Assessment, Sales and Business) and external customers in order to keep the account portfolio up to date, to avoid any referral of orders or interruption in the relationship with our customers.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Be/what You’ll Do

• Gathering information: Contacting customers, collecting personal and financial information, and transcribing data.
• Maintaining documentation: Ensuring credit files and documentation are complete and compliant with internal policies and regulations.
• Analyzing financial statements: Using internal credit model to analyze financial statements and tax returns.
• Evaluating collateral: Reviewing documentation for accuracy and evaluating collateral.
• Preparing reports: Preparing reports for extended credit team.
• Participating in meetings: Participating in meetings, credit managers, and clients to gather information and discuss credit-related issues
• Contributing to projects: Contributing to special projects, such as process improvement initiatives.
• Engaging in professional development: Participating in training sessions and workshops to enhance credit analysis skills

Job Qualifications

• Be a University student in one of the following fields: Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or International Business.
• Advanced written and spoken English, as you will be reaching out to customers in Canada and the United States.
• Customer satisfaction oriented.
