Job summary

RS Group is seeking an Accounts Receivable (AR) Analyst to support credit activities across RS Americas and Canada. You will evaluate credit risk, maintain credit information with integrity, and back order movement in a hybrid environment.

Collaborating with Sales, Finance, and Customer Service, you’ll review credit applications, monitor payment behavior, and advise on credit limits while ensuring compliance with company controls.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Credit or related financial operations.
• Understanding of credit risk management principles.
• Experience analyzing customer financial information, payment behavior, and credit reports.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform credit reviews and evaluate customer creditworthiness using financial data, payment history and credit reports.
• Provide recommendations for credit limit changes, holds, and releases based on risk and sales activity.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Service, and AR teams to resolve credit holds.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement in credit risk management and order movement.
• Review high-risk accounts and escalate concerns to stakeholders for executive decisions.
• Support credit decisions, account reviews, with clear datapoints and information.
• Assist with special projects, system testing, and process improvement initiatives.
