Description

We're seeking a Creators Account Manager to spearhead our Invoicing Automation program and enhance the creator experience. This role will oversee end-to-end creator payments, accounting, and tax processes while implementing data-driven strategies to boost program adoption, satisfaction, and growth

Key job responsibilities

• Develop and execute business and marketing strategies for creator invoicing and payment workflows, including performance optimization and backlog management.

• Drive adoption of automated invoicing solutions to enhance payment efficiency.

• Spearhead marketing initiatives to achieve invoicing and payment excellence.

• Cultivate and maintain partnerships across Finance, Legal, Tech, FinOps, Tax, Compliance, and Customer Service teams.

• Create and implement comprehensive invoicing and payment training programs for creators.

• Monitor and analyze performance metrics to deliver actionable insights.

• Orchestrate creator communications through newsletters and marketing channels.

• Manage strategic partner onboarding and cultivate creator relationships.

• Conduct quarterly satisfaction surveys and implement feedback-driven improvements..

• Resolve payment disputes and oversee invoicing reconciliation processes

Basic Qualifications

  • 1+ years of program or project management experience

  • Knowledge of SQL and Advanced Excel (Array and Statistical formulas)

  • Experience using data to influence business decisions

  • Speak, write, and read fluently in English

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of analytics & statistical tools such as SAS, PowerBI, SQL & ETL DW concepts

  • Knowledge of visualization tools such as Tableau, Datazen, SSRS

  • Experience back office operations, escalation management and troubleshooting environments
