KittySpout is seeking a Creator Content Coach to elevate creator performance across TikTok Shop and Trybe programs. You will review every submission, give detailed written and verbal feedback, run training calls, spot trends, and actively develop creators who drive GMV.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years hands-on experience coaching creators, a proven track record with data-driven feedback, and comfort leading a fully remote team with timezone overlap with US/Canada.

Formación

• 2+ years hands-on experience training creators or performing as a creator inside a TikTok Shop or Trybe affiliate program, or as a high-performing DTC creator yourself.
• Proof of results as a creator or coach with GMV or content performance numbers.
• Fluent in English and fully remote with timezone overlap with US/Canada.

Responsabilidades

• Review every creator content submission and provide detailed, actionable feedback.
• Run regular training calls with creators based on current data and conversion trends.
• Spot trends daily and proactively share content ideas with creators.
• Manage the creator community on Discord and keep creators engaged.
• Track performance and prioritize coaching on high-potential creators and provide keep/exit recommendations.
