Jobgether is seeking a Performance Content Editor to join a remote, part-time contractor team. You will transform raw UGC and brand assets into high-performing paid social creatives for TikTok and Meta, with a focus on hooks, pacing, and direct-response messaging.

You’ll edit video, create static ads, and contribute to Amazon imagery as needed, while iterating on concepts to maximize engagement and conversions. A portfolio demonstrating paid ads is highly valued.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of editing short-form video for paid social ads (TikTok/Meta).
• Proficient in Premiere Pro, CapCut or equivalent.
• Proficient with Photoshop/Canva for static creatives.
• Strong understanding of direct-response principles and testing.
• Able to create multiple variations to test hooks/CTAs.
• Experience with Amazon listing imagery is a plus.
• Portfolio showing paid ads performance data.

Responsabilidades

• Edit raw UGC into short-form paid social ads for TikTok/Meta in 9:16 formats.
• Craft strong hooks within first 2-3 seconds to retain viewers.
• Add captions, overlays, and visuals to strengthen messaging.
• Create multiple variations from source material for testing.
• Maintain premium brand voice across assets.
• Produce static ads using Photoshop/Canva.
• Develop product-focused ad concepts and social proof visuals.
• Write or refine concise ad copy, headlines, CTAs when needed.
• Assist with Amazon listing imagery and A+ Content as required.
• Keep files organized and versioned for testing.
