The Opportunity:
The Creative Copywriter – Corporate Design plays a key role in crafting compelling narratives that support the Digital Transformation team, ensuring that complex ideas are communicated clearly, engagingly, and in alignment with the company’s corporate voice.
This role focuses on developing strategic and creative copy for corporate communications, digital initiatives, and internal engagement campaigns. The copywriter will translate digital transformation concepts into accessible, inspiring, and action-driven messages that resonate with employees and stakeholders.
Your Impact:
As Creative Copywriter – Corporate Design your functions would consist of
• Content Development: Create and refine copy for a wide range of digital and corporate materials including executive presentations, internal campaigns, newsletters, blog posts, and website content that support digital transformation initiatives.
• Strategic Messaging: Develop key messages and taglines that simplify complex transformation concepts, making them relatable and actionable for diverse internal audiences.
• Cross-Channel Integration: Adapt content to suit various platforms (intranet, social media, email, digital signage) ensuring consistency in tone, style, and branding across all digital touchpoints.
• Collaborative Storytelling: Work closely with designers, motion graphics artists, and digital strategists to integrate copy with visual elements, ensuring a cohesive and impactful narrative.
• Campaign Ideation: Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for campaigns, workshops, and training sessions, emphasizing the transformative journey of the organization.
• Feedback & Iteration: Engage with key stakeholders, including leadership and digital transformation team members, to gather feedback and iteratively improve content for clarity and impact.
• Performance Monitoring: Assist in tracking content performance and engagement metrics, using insights to optimize future messaging and better support transformation goals.
• Content Governance: Ensure all copy aligns with corporate communication standards and digital design guidelines, maintaining a consistent brand voice throughout the transformation journey.
Who Are We Looking For?
Education
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Advertising or a related field.
Experience
• Proven experience in copywriting, brand storytelling, or corporate communications, preferably within a large organization, creative agency, or digital transformation team.
• Proficiency in English (Written and Speak skills)
• Exceptional writing and editing skills, with expertise in digital-first content creation.
• Proficiency in tools such as: Microsoft Office Suite, CMS, Collaboration tools, familiarity with UX writing tools (Figma, Adobe XD) is a plus
• Strong grasp of SEO, UX writing, and digital copywriting best practices.
• Experience in creating copy for video scripts, motion graphics, and interactive content.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
