Formación

  • 3+ years in digital design, ASIC design flow, and computer architecture.

Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  1. developing post-Si validation test plans and test scenarios to prove the correctness of the design.
  2. developing of components for an emulation-based environment: bus functional models, trackers, checkers, scoreboards, and testbenches.
  3. performing and debugging digital emulations-post Si and driving to closure of bugs.
  4. developing of functional coverage and achieving coverage goals.
  5. working closely with debugging WW teams, design engineers, micro-architects, and other team members to ensure high quality of test plans, functional coverage, debugs, and tests.
  6. delivering high-quality output against deadlines and able to work effectively in a cross-site team environment.

The ideal candidate should exhibit the following behavioral traits:

Qualifications:

Minimum qualifications: you must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  2. 3+ years of experience in the following areas:
    1. digital design, ASIC design flow and computer architecture.
    2. programming/scripting languages such as C/C++, Python, and Unix (Linux).
    3. Debug and emulation environments.
    4. Post-silicon validation tools and techniques, including JTAG, logic analyzers, oscilloscopes, and protocol analyzers.
  1. Advanced English level.
  2. Must have unrestricted - permanent right to work in Mexico (the position is in Mexico; it is not eligible for employment-based visa/immigration sponsorship).

Preferred qualifications are in addition to the requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

  1. Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  2. Proficiency in hardware description languages (HDLs) such as Verilog or VHDL.
  3. Functional coverage concepts and implementation.
  4. Basic testbench development and test scenarios writing.
    Knowledge of Perl and Ruby.

Work Model for this Role:

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
