• Senior product leadership experience (CPO/VP) in fintech or banking.
• Proven track record launching and scaling digital credit card products.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of the product vision and strategy for digital credit cards in Mexico.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, risk, compliance and marketing to deliver customer-centric solutions.
• Manage lifecycle from ideation to launch with continuous improvement based on metrics.
• Drive cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless, digital-first customer experience.
