Formación

• 2 to 4 years of experience in CPFR within a consumer goods company.
• Knowledge of supply in the grocery industry.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency desirable.

Role Responsibilities

• Ensure timely supply of merchandise to meet consumer demand, aligned with objectives set with each client.
• Manage inventories through proper dispersion: analysis, suggestions, strategies to avoid stockouts and excesses.
• Build and strengthen relationships with clients.
• Detect and implement corrective actions to maintain optimal stock levels, inventory days, and fill rate at store/product level in collaboration with sales and logistics teams.
• Develop supply plans to maximize sales and profits.
• Contribute to demand planning and build collaborative forecasts based on trends, historical data, commercial building blocks, and seasonality.

Requirements

• 2 to 4 years of experience in CPFR within a consumer goods company.
• Previous experience handling Walmart or similar clients.
• Knowledge of Supply in the Grocery Industry, including calculations of supply of consumer goods.
• Proficiency in Office tools, especially Excel for analyzing indicators and information.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency is desirable.
• Availability to travel.
• Visa - preferred.

Competencies

• Excellent customer service orientation, ability to articulate and justify proposals to clients.
• Negotiation and analytical skills.
• Understanding of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in Grocery, including terminology and calculation variables for indicators like Fill Rate, Supply Level, Sell-in, Sell-out.
• Knowledge of consumer goods supply calculations.
• Ability to build good relationships with departments such as replenishment, supply, transportation, customer service, planning, and finance.
