Church & Dwight is seeking a Demand Planning Lead to drive collaborative forecast across the Proximity channel, integrating inventory, supply, and business metrics while protecting service levels and enabling profitable growth for strategic customers.

The role coordinates forecast with customers and internal teams, monitors fill rate and days of inventory, and develops executive dashboards for Sell In, Sell Out and inventories to guide decision-making.

• Ensure forecast accuracy through trend analysis, seasonality, and promotions.
• Monitorear Fill Rate, OTIF and Days of Inventory to optimize service levels.

Liderar la planeación colaborativa de la demanda y asegurar la excelencia comercial del canal Proximidad mediante una gestión integral de forecast, inventarios, abastecimiento, indicadores de negocio y análisis estratégico, garantizando altos niveles de servicio, productividad comercial y crecimiento rentable de los clientes estratégicos. Liderar el proceso colaborativo de forecast con clientes y áreas internas. Asegurar la precisión del forecast mediante análisis de tendencias, estacionalidad y promociones. Anticipar riesgos de demanda y proponer planes de mitigación. Garantizar niveles óptimos de inventario en clientes y centros de distribución. Monitorear Fill Rate, OTIF y Days of Inventory. Coordinar acciones para minimizar quiebres de inventario y sobreinventarios. Liderar reuniones de seguimiento con Supply Chain. Desarrollar dashboards ejecutivos de Sell In, Sell Out e inventarios. Analizar productividad promocional (ROI, elasticidad y conversión). Elaborar materiales para Joint Business Plans (JBP) and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR). Construir modelos de seguimiento de KPIs comerciales.
