Job Description:

  • Handle high call volume in a fast-paced environment, while displaying a high level of professionalism, empathy, and enthusiasm.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Answering patients' inquiries regarding scheduling, rescheduling and/or cancelling medical appointments in a timely manner.
  • Answer inquiries about medical providers and specialist availability.
  • Schedule patient transportation to our facilities.
  • Answer inquiries from pharmacies, insurance companies and other medical facilities.
  • Direct calls to different departments as necessary.
  • Elevate customer concerns to managers and supervisors as needed.
  • Available to work most of ODA's operating hours.
  • Adhere to ODA regulations, privacy, and other requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Servicing clients in both Spanish and English.
  • Client service experience in healthcare is preferred but not required.
  • High-paced environment such as call center or similar.
  • Personal background clean from any history that can negatively affect ODA, its employees, or clients.
