Job summary

You will develop costing tools to enable accurate part estimates and drive process improvements. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in automotive cost engineering or related fields, strong analytical skills, advanced Excel, and experience with Generative AI and Copilot.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain cost engineering master data for global costing activities.
• Lead data collection, transformation, and validation of labor costs, energy costs, taxes, and other drivers.
• Develop, test, and deploy costing tools to support accurate purchase part cost estimates.
• Identify opportunities to improve cost engineering processes and data management.
• Collaborate with global cross-functional teams to gather requirements and enable tool adoption.
