Axented is seeking a qualified Cost Controller to establish and manage the project cost baseline for complex power, infrastructure, or industrial projects in Mexico City. You will oversee budgeting, measurements, forecasts, variance analysis, and change assessment to support project decisions and profitability.

You will coordinate with engineering, procurement, finance, site teams, and subcontractors, ensuring data accuracy, timely reports, and proactive risk management.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering Cost, Civil, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, Financial Management, or related field.
• 4+ years of cost-control experience in power, infrastructure, or industrial projects.
• Mastery of WBS / CBS, budgeting, quantities, EVM, forecast, change estimation, subcontractor measurement, and project financial reporting.
• Proficient in advanced Excel, Power BI, P6 / MS Project, and Neodata / ERP tools.
• Experience coordinating engineering, procurement, finance, site, and subcontractors.

Responsabilidades

• Establish project cost baseline and full-process cost-control mechanism.
• Complete budgeting, measurement, forecasting, variance analysis, and change assessment.
• Provide reliable data for project decisions and profit targets.
• Collect actual costs and perform EVM, forecasts, and risk early-warning.
• Review subcontractor measurements, progress payments, variations, and change pricing; maintain cost logs and reports.
