As a Cost Engineer you’ll be responsible for the accounting activities of the factory, budget control and analysis of variances.

What you’ll do

• Analyze and interpret actual results compared to forecast and identify and monitor indicators and trends to facilitate improved understanding of the factory's financial performance.

• Undertake ad hoc projects / analysis as required.

• Assist in month-end financial closings, assuring data contained in the Manufacturing Results and Balance Sheet are correct and consistent.

• Investigate all inconsistencies in the financial reports and implement corrective actions.

• Assist in cost roll process for rate calculations and verify the standard cost.

Your qualifications

• Bachelor's degree completed in Accounting, Finance, Economy, Business Administration or related.

• Proven experience in the manufacturing industry.

• Fluency in English is required.

• Analytic skills.

• SAP basic knowledge.

*This is an on-site position based at the Tijuana factory.
