Our Mexicali facility spans 65,000 square feet and employs 126 staff across multiple shifts, with cellular production lines and 13 production cells. It is ISO9001 certified and manufactures technologies such as variable and fixed resistors, EPS sensors, and trimmers.

Role Overview and Responsibilities

Introduction

Analysis and control of fixed assets, company cycle count procedures, support in costing activities, and providing financial information.

Key Responsibilities

1. Prepare weekly and monthly reports and analyses of sales and gross margin.
2. Prepare reports and analyses of manufacturing variances (PPV, MUV, Yield, Efficiencies, Scrap, and inventory adjustments).
3. Manage product costing and roll-up.
4. Control and record fixed assets and construction in progress, including reconciliations and audits.
5. Coordinate inventory verification processes at suppliers, generate quarterly cycle count documents, and communicate findings.
6. Conduct weekly and monthly cycle count audits in warehouses, communicate findings to staff and supervisors, and prepare inventory accuracy reports.
