A leading financial services provider is seeking a seasoned financial manager specializing in maquiladora and cross-border operations in Ciudad Juárez. The role demands extensive experience in tax compliance and financial reporting, particularly with US-based companies. Ideal candidates will possess a deep understanding of Mexican tax regulations and be fluent in both English and Spanish, enabling effective communication across diverse teams. This position offers an opportunity to lead complex financial operations while ensuring compliance and supporting organizational goals.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in financial management, with 3+ years in maquiladora or cross-border operations.
• Strong understanding of Mexican tax regulations, specifically IMMEX and maquiladora.
• Experience working with US-based companies and coordinating financial reporting with corporate headquarters.
• Proficiency in financial systems and ERP platforms.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage complex financial operations in a manufacturing or maquiladora environment.
