Job Description

The candidate must have experience in variances analysis, cost roll-up, operational expenses and overall cost accounting. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. Experience in forecasting and budgeting is a plus.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in finance or CPA.

2 - 3 years of experience in cost accounting or FP&A.

English: Medium -Advanced

Skills: SAP, Excel, HFM.

Key Responsibilities:

• Labor cost absorption reporting and utilization analysis
• Operational cost control
• Improve manufacturing cost by implementing savings and cost avoidance projects with operations.
• Budgeting and forecasting
• PPV, backlog, sales reporting
• Inventory reports aging, explanation on variances, receipts, reserves.
• Cost roll ups
• Physical inventory coordination
• Inventory reporting
• Output daily reporting, Open POs, labor order variances.
• Fixed and variable overhead forecasting
• PPV analysis
• Variances reporting and analysis
• Excess and obsolete management
