Job Description
  • Develop and manage the annual business plan.
  • Analyze actual material, labor, and overhead costs against standard costs and budgets.
  • Execute and analyze plant’s month-end reporting.
  • Track target costs and monitor progress.
  • Conduct detailed budget analysis aimed at eliminating wasteful spending.
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Oversee and control the Investment Program (CAPEX).
  • Lead product cost controlling activities.
  • Calculate standard costs and oversee revisions.
  • Approve scrap and cycle count adjustments.
Qualifications
  • Ability to work independently and manage deadlines effectively.
  • Experience in plant controlling activities and product cost calculation.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and in professional reports.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, with the ability to differentiate important information.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred).
  • Good command of English.
  • Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing setting.
  • Knowledge of accounting standards, internal controls, and basic maquila rules.
