We are currently seeking a Corporate Development Sr. Spclst Advisor to join our team in Remote, Nuevo León (MX-NLE), Mexico.

Additionally, we are looking for a Corporate Development Investments Senior Advisor in Mexico City, Ciudad de México (MX-CMX).

Our Corporate Development team partners with executive leadership to identify, structure, and execute M&A opportunities supporting our corporate strategy. We seek an outstanding Senior Advisor who is highly analytical, financially savvy, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment. This role offers high visibility and impact across the organization.

Responsibilities include:

1. Managing the M&A lifecycle: origination, business case development, due diligence, and transaction execution.
2. Building detailed financial analyses and valuation models for potential targets.
3. Collaborating with team members on strategic assessments.
4. Monitoring industry trends and competitor activity.
5. Preparing materials for Investment Committee and Board presentations.
6. Supporting post-closing reporting and performance monitoring.

Basic Requirements:

• Experience in M&A, Corporate Development, or related finance roles with valuation expertise.
• Strong financial modeling and valuation skills.
• Understanding of financial statements (Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, P&L).
• Ability to analyze market data for trends and opportunities.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and other tools.

Experience:

• 7+ years in Corporate Development, Investment Banking, Private Equity, or related fields.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business (preferred).
