We are currently seeking a Corporate Development Investments Senior Advisor to join our team in Mexico City, Ciudad de México (MX-CMX), Mexico (MX).

NTT DATA's Corporate Development team partners with the executive leadership team to identify, structure, and execute targeted merger and acquisition opportunities in support of its broader corporate strategy. We are seeking an outstanding Senior Advisor to help build out the team. The role requires someone highly analytical with strong financial acumen and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This is an opportunity to contribute to a critical growth strategy at NTT DATA, with high exposure across all organizational levels.

Responsibilities include:

1. Managing the M&A lifecycle, including origination, business case development, due diligence, and transaction execution.
2. Building and developing detailed financial analyses of potential acquisition targets and preparing valuation analyses.
3. Partnering with team members on complex strategic assessments.
4. Monitoring industry trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.
5. Preparing materials for Investment Committee and Board presentations.
6. Supporting post-closing reporting and monitoring acquisition performance and growth targets.

Basic Requirements:

To support NTT DATA's growth, candidates should demonstrate:

1. Experience in M&A, Corporate Development, Finance, or Accounting roles with a focus on valuations.
2. Strong analytical, financial modeling, and valuation skills.
3. Solid understanding of financial statements (Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, P&L).
4. Ability to analyze market data for trends and opportunities.
5. Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail.
6. Ability to perform complex, impactful analyses.
7. Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and other tools.

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years in Corporate Development, Investment Banking, Private Equity, or related fields.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business (preferred).
