We are currently seeking a Corporate Development Advisor to join our team in Mexico City, México (MX-MEX), Mexico (MX).

NTT DATA's Corporate Development team partners with the executive leadership team to identify, structure, and execute targeted merger and acquisition opportunities in support of its broader corporate strategy. We are seeking an outstanding Corporate Development Analyst as we continue to build out the team. The role requires someone who is highly analytical, possesses a high level of financial acumen, and can work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. This is an opportunity to contribute to a critical part of NTT DATA's growth strategy, with high exposure across all organizational levels.

Responsibilities include:

1. Developing detailed financial analyses of potential acquisition targets and preparing valuation analyses.
2. Supporting the due diligence process to ensure timely review and reporting for management.
3. Partnering with team members on complex strategic problems and assessments.
4. Preparing Investment Committee and Board of Director materials for investment opportunities.
5. Supporting post-closing reporting and monitoring acquisition performance and growth targets.

Basic Requirements:

To support NTT DATA Services’ long-term growth, candidates should demonstrate:

• Experience in M&A, Corporate Development, or related roles focusing on corporate transactions.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, with understanding of valuation methodologies.
• Financial and accounting skills, including knowledge of Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and Profit & Loss statements.
• A desire to develop into a skilled M&A professional capable of leading processes.
• Ability to analyze market data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to perform complex, globally impactful analyses.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and other office tools.

Basic Experience Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in Accounting/Finance (valuation focus), Corporate Development, Investment Banking, Private Equity, or related fields.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, or Business (preferred).
