The successful candidate will hold a law degree, have at least four years of corporate or commercial experience, and demonstrate strong drafting skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities

Qualifications

• Must have strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish where needed.
• Experience drafting and negotiating corporate and commercial contracts.
• Solid understanding of Mexican corporate law and governance practices.

Responsibilities

• Advise on governance matters and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts including service agreements, supply contracts, and leases.
• Assist in formation, dissolution, and ongoing management of corporate entities.
• Provide legal support for business transactions, including due diligence processes.
• Manage corporate record-keeping and compliance documentation.
• Respond to legal inquiries from internal stakeholders across departments.
• Support the legal department in corporate and commercial projects.
• Monitor changes in legislation that may impact operations.
