Responsibilities:
  • Oversees legal and fiscal Accounting practices and processes.

  • Provides legal reporting data to leadership teams.

  • Drives Accounting projects.

  • Develops tools, systems, and methods related to Accounting.

  • Supports organizational continuous improvement process initiatives.

  • Coordinates and monitors the fulfillment of all legal and internal requirements regarding Health, Safety and Environment.

  • Leads by example in line with the Freudenberg Guiding Principles and the Code of Conduct, while developing employees, driving Talent Acquisition and Management processes, and fostering a proactive work culture.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Relevant Field; advanced degree preferred or compensating years of experience.
Specified Years of Industry-relevant experience.
Specified Years of Relevant Leadership experience.
Relevant certifications, system experience, and training.
Professional-Level English language skills preferred.
