We are looking for a top notch Performance Marketing specialist

As a Performance Marketing Executive at KOMMUNA MEDIA, you will play a crucial role in supporting the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns aimed at driving results for our clients. Working within a dynamic and collaborative team, you will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in the world of performance marketing while gaining hands-on experience in various digital channels.

Your Day-to-Day responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and execution of performance marketing campaigns across various digital channels, including social media, search engines, and programmatic advertising, under the guidance of Senior team members.
• Aid in analyzing data and metrics to evaluate campaign performance and provide regular reports on achieved results.
• Propose, ideate and write effective advertising content that aligns with campaign objectives and resonates with the target audience.
• Collaborate with other agency departments and clients to publish, monitor, and optimize media plans.
• Participate in ongoing campaign optimization by making corrections as necessary to improve performance and maximize return on investment.
• Assist in managing advertising budgets and identifying opportunities to optimize efficiency and effectiveness of ad spend.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and practices in digital marketing and performance marketing to propose new ideas and approaches.

Your Skills:

• Interest and passion for digital marketing and online advertising.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to inform strategic decisions.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-oriented attitude.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Spanish and English.
• Basic knowledge of analytics tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and Google Ads.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
• Basic knowledge of SEO, SEM, and PPC strategies.
• Certifications or courses in digital marketing or online advertising.
• Knowledge of emerging trends in technology and Marketing.
