Ecommerce Copywriter & Creative Lead

About the Role
We're looking for a Creative & Copywriter who can craft compelling copy and bring it to life visually for our ecommerce channels.
This is a hands-on role where words, design, and organization intersect — perfect for someone who can write, plan, and manage creative campaigns end-to-end.
Key Responsibilities
Copywriting & Messaging
- Maintain brand voice and tone consistently across channels while optimizing for engagement and conversions.
Photoshoot Planning & Creative Ideation
- Plan seasonal photoshoot looks aligned with marketing priorities and campaigns.
- Source inspiration from Pinterest, Foreplay, competitors , and trend research.
- Build weekly mood boards and decks in Canva to communicate vision to the creative team.
Creative Operations
- Oversee cross-team handoffs to ensure smooth execution between creative, marketing, and ecommerce teams.
- Maintain workflow standards that ensure assets are accessible, organized, and on-brand.
Graphic Design & Video Oversight
- Project manage graphic design and video deliverables from brief to completion.
- Collaborate with designers and editors to ensure final assets meet creative standards and marketing objectives.
- Provide guidance and feedback to ensure consistency across campaigns and channels.
What You'll Bring
- 5 years experience in ecommerce copywriting, creative, or digital marketing (DTC jewelry, fashion, or beauty preferred).
- Strong portfolio showcasing copy across digital channels and examples of creative campaign planning.
- Comfortable managing multiple projects, deadlines, and creative stakeholders.
- Basic understanding of graphic design / video production workflows.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to maintain brand consistency across all creative touchpoints.
Bonus Points
- Experience in DTC jewelry, beauty, or fashion brands.
- Some graphic design / video editing skills or familiarity with tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or Premiere.
- Experience planning seasonal photoshoots from concept to execution.
- Familiarity with CRO and ecommerce metrics for optimizing copy and creative.
