You take pride in your work and will drive toward a culture of zero incidents and an optimum environmental footprint. HSE programs will be well implemented and meet relevant standards and regulations in the plant. That means you will ensure that facilities are well maintained, regulations and procedures are in place and implemented, hazards and aspects assessments are conducted, and the accident both caused by unsafe acts and conditions are reduced, while energy and waste are minimized.

Gestion:
The HS&E coordinator performs risk analysis on sales routes.
Conducts road safety committees.
Measures safety KPIs and develops safety strategies.
Manages leadership involvement in road safety audits. Provides safety training at safe moments. Ensures vehicle safety.
Trainings:
Trains managers, supervisors, and salespeople in road safety and sales safety topics.
Requerimientos:
Own transportation required as they oversee 11 sites.
Knowledge of Mexican regulations (Civil Protection, Ministry of Labor and Urban Development).
Leadership skills
Previous experience in similar roles.
