Trane Technologies invites you to join our team as a field services coordinator focused on HVAC service delivery in the Cancún region. You will coordinate resources, schedule activities and ensure customer satisfaction for service projects and installations.

You will work with Account Managers and Supervisors to dispatch technicians, manage materials and ensure timely reporting. Proficiency in MS Office and strong communication skills are required, with a customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical or Electromechanical Engineering.
• Recent graduates welcome with initial coordination experience.
• Desirable knowledge of HVAC systems and building controls.
• Proficient in MS Office and email communication.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate department service resources and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Plan and dispatch annual, monthly and weekly work schedules for technicians.
• Maintain communication with clients, supervisors and technicians.
• Prepare work plans and reports of activities.
• Support service bookings, forecasting and invoicing processes.
