Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in arts administration or related field.
• 2+ years in project coordination or event management, preferably in arts or non-profit.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to work with diverse groups.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media promotion.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans for cultural and community initiatives (workshops, exhibitions, festivals, educational programs).
• Coordinate all logistical aspects (venue booking, artist liaison, procurement, volunteer management).
• Assist in budget preparation, tracking expenses, and financial accountability for projects.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders (artists, community leaders, funding partners, public).
• Support event organization and execution, ensuring objectives are met.
• Maintain project documentation (reports, agreements, promotional materials).
• Assist in identifying funding opportunities and developing grant proposals with fundraising team.
• Promote projects and engage the community via social media and local outreach.
