Job Summary

• Create development plans for cell leaders to enhance shared competencies.
• Develop action plans to foster an environment attracting top talent.
• Manage operations and production plans to meet key performance indicators.
• Implement process improvements using the BSF tool to impact safety, quality, productivity, and service levels.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

• Build trusting relationships by understanding team members' emotions and behaviors, providing continuous feedback.
• Implement strategies for goal achievement, delegate tasks based on strengths, and provide necessary training.

Minimum Experience Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools: Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• Ability to analyze data and charts.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to work across all levels.
• Proven facilitation and training abilities.
• Passion for people and attention to detail.
