You will ensure quality, safety, and efficiency through SPC, audits, and leadership in new product launches, applying problem-solving and resource management for continuous improvement.

Based at Queretaro Foam, the role drives operational excellence, cross-functional collaboration, and adherence to corporate standards to meet strategic objectives.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Coordinate, supervise, and optimize the operations of the Process Department, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and operational efficiency standards through statistical process control (SPC), audit management, leadership in new product launches, effective problem-solving, and the efficient management of human and technical resources, in order to drive continuous improvement and achieve the organization’s strategic objectives.
