• Coordinate, supervise, and optimize the operations of the Process Department, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and operational efficiency standards through statistical process control (SPC), audit management, leadership in new product launches, effective problem-solving, and the efficient management of human and technical resources, in order to drive continuous improvement and achieve the organization’s strategic objectives.
