Job Description
Main Tasks
- Ensure planning and scheduling of equipment installation according to organizational and client requirements.
- Evaluate technical installation quotes and approve installations according to standards.
- Coordinate movement of machinery and equipment.
- Deliver equipment to production and facilitate training.
Develop a preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance system
- Identify and create action plans for failures based on 8D analysis and significant costs in man-hours.
- Assign resources for executing actions and monitor their implementation.
- Define autonomous maintenance activities at different levels.
- Manage service providers and spare parts.
Develop TPM within the organization
- Define autonomous maintenance activities.
- Facilitate training plans for operators and technicians.
- Monitor TPM system implementation.
- Ensure compliance with preventive and predictive maintenance routines.
Manage the Maintenance Management System (MP)
- Record maintenance activities.
- Track spare parts and request replacements as needed.
- Focus on continuous improvement.
- Establish planned activities based on failure Pareto analysis (MTTR, MTBF).
- Maintain critical spare parts list per machine.

Educational Level:
- Engineering (Mechatronics, Electronics, Electromechanics, Industrial Maintenance)
- Conversational English
Experience:
- At least 5 years as a Maintenance Coordinator or Engineer for machinery.
