FieldCore in Morelia is seeking a Tooling Coordinator to maintain records, track tooling and calibration orders, and coordinate shipping to field warehouse. You will update databases to ensure accurate materials and tooling status and may take on additional duties to support FieldCore's vision.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in sourcing or logistics, plus strong organizational and communication skills.

Formación

• Bachelor degree or 2 years of experience in a sourcing-related role.
• Or High School Diploma and 5 years of logistics planning and execution experience.
• Must be able to read and interpret technical manuals.

Responsabilidades

• Track tooling and calibration work orders to process.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and ensure kits have proper quantity.
• Coordinate and ship kits and parts to sites.
• Update records and calibration certificates.
• Create and manage purchase orders for replacement parts.
• Travel may be required; overtime may be needed to meet deadlines.
