Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years in community outreach or psychosocial support.
• Experience in needs assessments and direct client support.
• Knowledge of Mérida local resources and referral networks.
• Ability to work in a hybrid fieldwork and office setting.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement outreach strategies to engage vulnerable individuals and families.
• Conduct psychosocial assessments to understand client needs and challenges.
• Provide direct support, counseling, and referrals to social services.
• Coordinate with local organizations, health centers, and government agencies to access resources.
• Organize awareness campaigns and educational workshops on mental health and wellbeing.
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure confidentiality of information.
• Monitor the effectiveness of outreach programs and psychosocial support services.
• Collaborate with team members to develop and refine program strategies.
• Represent the organization at community events and meetings.
• Manage program logistics and resources for outreach activities in Yucatán.
