An educational institution in Mexico is seeking an Extracurricular Activities Coordinator to oversee planning and execution of programs that promote students' personal and social development. The ideal candidate possesses strong organizational and leadership skills with a bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. This role requires excellent communication abilities and collaboration with various teams and parents to ensure successful program delivery.
The Extracurricular Activities Coordinator is responsible for planning, organizing, and supervising all extracurricular and after-school programs across school sections. This role ensures high-quality activities that promote students’ personal, social, and physical development. The coordinator oversees attendance, monitors staff and vendor performance, fosters communication with families, and collaborates with other schools to organize interschool tournaments and events.
