Tecnológico de Monterrey in Monterrey is seeking a Project Manager to guide initiatives from planning to execution, aligning resources and milestones with business goals. You will serve as the main liaison among teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and on-time delivery.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Business Admin/Engineering/IT, 2-3 years of project management experience, English fluency, and solid knowledge of PM methodologies and tools.

About the Job:

This role ensures the success of projects by not only focusing on planning and execution but also contributing a strategic vision that enables resource optimization, continuous process improvement, and the achievement of business objectives on time and within scope. Additionally, the Project Manager acts as the main point of contact between different teams and stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed project plans covering scope, timeline, and resources.
• Allocate and manage the necessary resources (human, technical, financial) to complete the project.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure deadlines and budgets are met.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Facilitate ongoing communication among all project stakeholders, including progress reports for stakeholders.
• Ensure project delivery meets agreed standards and conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields.
• Advanced English is required.
• 2-3 years of project management experience.
• Experience using project management methodologies.
• Knowledge of project management tools.
