AgileEngine is seeking a Shopify Practice Lead to build and lead our e-commerce initiative. You will guide teams through implementations, mentor developers, and partner with sales on pre-sales calls, turning Shopify into a growth engine in a remote-first setting.
You will manage client engagements, translate business goals into technical roadmaps, and drive scalable, secure, and optimized e-commerce solutions for Fortune 500 clients and top startups.
Formación
- 5+ years of experience in e-commerce and leading development efforts.
- Proven ability to translate business goals into technical roadmaps.
- Strong communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience guiding pre-sales and collaborating with sales teams.
Responsabilidades
- Architect and oversee Shopify stores, applications, and integrations end-to-end.
- Lead and mentor developers; establish best practices and prototypes.
- Collaborate with sales, design, product, and marketing to align solutions with goals.
- Drive conversion optimization, UX/UI, SEO, and performance improvements.
- Stay updated on Shopify changes, headless frameworks, and integrations.
