VOLCANIX AUTOMATION is hiring engineers and programmers for a hands-on role in industrial controls, SCADA development, PLC programming, robotics integration, and commissioning. The team supports a large-scale energy manufacturing facility with on-site responsibilities.

You will work with Siemens and Allen-Bradley systems, Ignition platforms, and robotics to optimize production and meet performance targets. Travel and on-site collaboration are expected.

Formación

• Engineering or technical degree required.
• 1+ years in industrial automation or related field.
• Experience with Siemens PLCs (TIA Portal) or Allen-Bradley systems preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, configure, commission, and troubleshoot industrial control systems and automated equipment.
• Program and troubleshoot Allen Bradley PLCs using Studio 5000.
• Develop, configure, and maintain Ignition or FactoryTalk View SCADA applications.
• Integrate robots with PLC-controlled equipment, networks, vision systems, and safety devices.
• Optimize robot paths, cycle times, and process performance to meet production goals.
• Perform system testing, validation, customer run-offs, and production handoffs.
• Troubleshoot controls, robotics, electrical, communication, and automation issues.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and customer teams.
• Maintain technical documentation per customer standards.
