Job summary
Molex in Mexico is seeking a Controls Engineer to contribute to development, integration, and support of industrial automation and digital manufacturing solutions. You will work at the intersection of controls, OT, and manufacturing systems, connecting production equipment with digital platforms to strengthen technical capabilities.

Qualifications
- Experience in industrial automation or OT environments.
- Proficient in programming, scripting, or databases.
- Experience troubleshooting software, databases, networks, or automation.
- Knowledge of databases, networks, APIs or system integration.
- Documentation of technical solutions across engineering functions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and support automation connecting equipment with manufacturing systems.
- Integrate PLCs, production equipment, and industrial networks.
- Develop and maintain Ignition, scripting, and data collection solutions.
- Support MES, Opcenter, and manufacturing system integrations.
- Troubleshoot across layers from PLCs to applications and databases.
- Improve reliability by documenting solutions and standardizing processes.
- Collaborate with Controls, Manufacturing, Maintenance, IT on integration and upgrades.
